The LDF (Lite dish feed) is an outdoor wireless system with a built-in antenna, designed to be installed on satellite offset dish antennas. The dish will act as a reflector, boosting the signal.
This means you can use any existing satellite TV dish with an offset mount to quickly set up powerful long-range wireless links. The offset mount is universal at 40 mm diameter, and the LDF can easily fit inside it. Since the LDF itself is a small and light package, it makes shipping and deployment easy and low-cost.
Using large enough dishes, you can achieve antenna amplification of 30 dBi or more. All you need is to find a spare satellite dish with an offset mount and put your LDF device in. Please refer to the user manual for the antenna list that is approved for use. The device comes preinstalled with RouterOS and is ready to use.
