This switch has 28 ports: 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports with various power output options (Passive PoE, low voltage PoE, 802.3af/at) and four SFP+ ports for up to 10 Gbps connectivity via optical fiber or Ethernet modules (not included). PoE-Out is delivered over mode B pins (4,5+)(7,8-). The switch comes with a 1U rackmount case and a built-in 100-240 V AC 500 W power supply. It uses up to 44 W and leaves 450 W (3×150 W for every 8 Ethernet ports) for powering your PoE devices. Each port can supply up to 30 W of power with any option you choose. You can pick between two operating systems: RouterOS or SwOS. Use SwOS for a simple switch with only switch features, or RouterOS for a router with Layer 3 features. You can switch between the operating systems from RouterOS, SwOS, or RouterBOOT loader settings. This switch offers a great price/performance ratio.
