The CD9381-HNTV is a vandal-proof network camera from VIVOTEK that meets the special needs of prisons and correctional facilities. It can capture clear images at 5-Megapixel resolution and 30 fps, with 940nm IR illuminators and two-way audio. It also has a vari-focal lens option. The CD9381-HNTV has a unique anti-ligature design that prevents self-harm or suicide attempts, which is essential for places like prisons, detention centers, psychiatric wards, mental hospitals, and correctional institutions. The CD9381-HNTV can cover a large area when installed in the upper corner of a cell. It has a wide horizontal FOV (95°~41°) and vertical FOV (69°~31°) that allow it to monitor the whole cell. It also has WDR Pro and SNV technologies that improve the image quality in variable or low-light conditions. With a built-in microphone, the CD9381-HNTV enables the staff to watch and listen to everything that happens in the cell.
